Welcome to DELO’s premium starter battery class – lithium-ion batteries. These batteries are more powerful and significantly lighter than conventional lead-acid batteries. DELO lithium-ion batteries are housed in special, durable nylon casings and equipped with brass terminal connections for guaranteed optimum conductivity. These powerhouses allow up to 100% of their capacity to be used. With proper care, DELO lithium-ion batteries can last up to six times longer than conventional batteries.

• The conversion from a conventional starter battery (lead battery) to a lithium battery is generally possible on almost all motorcycles
• If the conversion does not cause any problems or restrictions, no action is required
• Note the year of manufacture of the motorcycle – was it delivered from the factory with a lead battery? Many older motorcycles have alternator regulators that only partially charge lithium batteries or deliver excessive charging currents.
