The Dainese *Racing 5* leather jacket has a regular fit and is made from high-quality 1.2 mm thick Tutu cowhide leather. It is equipped with the Dainese *Veloce Racing Neck* system, which reduces pressure on the neck. Large inserts made of *S1* 2-way stretch fabric and adjustment options at the hips ensure maximum comfort and freedom of movement. The EN 17092 Class AA-certified racing jacket is equipped with certified level 2 composite protectors on the elbows and shoulders, as well as replaceable aluminum inserts on the shoulders. These ensure a more “natural” slide in the event of a fall and prevent chaotic, dangerous swirling of the body. In addition, the *Racing 5* is prepared for the use of an optional *Type G* back protector and a chest protector.

Thanks to Dainese’s studies on the perfect fit, the *Racing 5* can be worn comfortably over the Dainese *Smart Air* airbag device without you having to buy a size larger. IIn addition, the loops with which the Smart Air is attached to the jacket allow the airbag to be put on and taken off with a single hand movement, whereby the airbag always remains in the correct position under the jacket.
